Neat warranty. Had a bad quality expensive mattress and they processed and inspected and confirmed. They replaced it with same value of new mattress. Key is to get actress firm only soft mattress and buy and put two-iii" retentivity foam on information technology earlier putting the sheet on them. You lot can replace memory foam every 4-v years only get out expensive actress house mattress alone.

The mattress is non the worst, but not the greatest. I feel that it sinks as well much as you lot sleep. I called them about this when it was offset purchased. They did come out and measure how much it sinks. Information technology apparently passed the exam of sinking TOO much and brought me out a different mattress (same every bit I had). It really and truly isn't any different. I just kept it and I sleep on it every dark. Would I buy the mattress once more, no. I am researching mattresses now to get some thoughts on what I might desire next fourth dimension.

I Haven'T SLEPT THIS GOOD IN YEARS!! My back doesn't hurt in the mornings anymore. I wake upward rested later falling into deep sleeps. I can turn over without any more than hip pain. I purchased the Firm QUEEN and it is the best purchase I have made in a very long time. Well worth the money. Purchased from Big Lots. Very very pleased.

We bought the bed merely two years agone and information technology's already too soft. I don't feel like the life of the mattress is as practiced every bit other brands. Luckily we got it on a good deal so it hurts less having to go buy another new bed so soon.

When we purchased our new home 2 years ago, we decided to move towards amend quality mattresses and an adjustable frame. We have been nothing but happy with our choices to movement in this direction. Our quality of residue profoundly increased due to these choices. The mattress is not overly firm nor soft. It just assumes the body and allows y'all to relax and autumn into a deep sleep. I assumed SERTA had a good product, I needed a very house mattress due to some back weakness. I got a rather expensive extra firm twin SERTA Perfect Sleeper mattress and it was fine for the showtime few months. I simply weigh 135 pounds and soon began to sense the mattress was turning into a soup bowl. It kept getting worse. The only way I could get the firmness I needed was to try to sleep correct on the mattress border where it was nevertheless quite firm. And so I was about falling off the bed.
I flipped it over to meet if using it upside downwardly would help and information technology did for about a month, but that also became a soup bowl, like what yous would look in a inexpensive cabin. I went back to where I bought it and their lame excuse was that the firmness does break down some with time. Really! Just a half yr and every bit light every bit I am? I purchased a new Serta mattress online from Dealbeds website. It arrived only three months after purchase because they said after COVID their production was not up to speed. Afterwards its arrived it felt a piffling foreign every bit I was sinking in. I am sleeping alone and my weight is only 150 lbs. After ii months of using it my mattress has a large deep that crusade lots of pain for my back. Client service denied to exchange my mattress as they said I need to buy a new spring box because mine's warranty expired several months ago. My old spring box is just fine, it's basically a wooden box covered with cloth, nothing is broken and I do not want to spend money on the new one. The mattress I bought can exist used without a spring box, or at least it is said right at that place on the label. Customer service said that I need to buy a unlike bed if I practise non want to buy a new spring box (my bed is less than 1 year old).
I bought a bunkie board as they said which has all the support needed, just they said it has more than 2 inch increments between board (3 inch). None of their warranty documents stated that rule about 2 inches. I take been back and forth with client service, they do not even want to talk to you or comply with their own rules. Serta do non provide you with a production that they promise and are not fulfilling their ain obligations. They say they take a warranty of 10 years, their mattress lasted less than 2 months and they do not want to exchange it. Needless to say I would never buy a serta mattress again, and would not to recommend it to everyone.

I bought a Serta Mattress 3 years ago and it is already junk. It has deep depressions and no back up. I contacted the warranty department and was very dissatisfied. Not all Serta mattresses are bad simply this one. I had to disassemble the bed numerous times to supply pictures they kept asking for. All I got was the run around and no satisfaction. I was even told that my claim was denied because my pictures were not in colour. I re-submitted and was denied again. Every single person I showed these pictures to was totally surprised that the warranty was not honored. I will never buy i of their products again. Anyone tin can offer a warranty, where you shine is how y'all handle information technology. VERY UNHAPPY.

Nosotros bought our adjustable Serta mattress queen size set 03/03/2012. Nosotros paid $3600 for the whole set. It is the memory cream IComfort with "cooling gel." Their warranty says if information technology gets impressions more than than iii/four of an inch the warranty will embrace it. Still when buying the product never mention that if it gets stains in any way shape or form the warranty won't cover it. Meaning as information technology's advertised equally a cooling mattress but if someone sweats on it the warranty won't cover it. That'south very sad, well never buy serta again.

I purchased a Serta memory cream simply over 6 years ago. It supposedly had a 20 year warranty. I started having issues with information technology a little over a yr ago. Start issue I had is poor craftsmanship with the zippers that are basically property on the cover for the foam from manufacturer. Poor design in my opinion. I've also ever kept the required mattress protector on it likewise. The mattress protector is actually what helped keep the foam cover on this last year. I have a Captain's bed which has enough slats that I've always been told you don't demand a box spring. This is my 2nd Captain's bed and 3rd mattress used on them. The start 2 were spring styled beds and they lasted considerably longer.
Serta'south response for deprival of claim was that my bed frame needed a Bunkie board or plywood? Why is I need this when both my other beds last viii plus years. I feel they do these trivial loopholes so they don't have to honor their warranties. I sympathize equally a company they don't want to give out gratis production but make better products. So there wouldn't be and then many complaints. Also Serta definitely needs to ameliorate the warranty process. It took me a couple months simply to go an respond. Then once I got information technology no one would explain the problems very clearly. Then iii months later on I finally get an answer. My opinion would be stay away from Serta. I will never practice any business concern with them e'er once again because of this incident.
